全然 Sphinx 触ってない。
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~hokorobi/+junk/Freeplane-ja-003/files の Resources_ja.properties が成果物。
http://freeplane.sourceforge.net/preview/ から freeplane_bin-1.2.3_10.zip などをダウンロードして展開。
resources ディレクトリに translations ディレクトリを作成して、そこへ Resources_ja.properties を入れてやれば日本語での表示は Resources_ja.properties を使うようになる。
